Illawarra Family Day Care Waitlist Form

The first step to enrolling your child with IFDC, begins by completing our waitlist form below. Families are asked information about the location and hours of care, in addition to some additional information about their child. Once a vacancy becomes avaialble the administration team will be in touch to complete the enrolment process.

Please Note: a $40 Enrolment fee will be charged for all children under school age.  (Enrolment includes 1 child's tshirt & 1 hat) An enrolment fee of $20 will be charged for all school-aged children (This does not include the clothing pack)

IFDC fees for 0-5years ranges from $8.90 - $14.00

IFDC fees for school age children range from $8.90 - $21.00
